What's a Host?
A Host is a local business, school, or community space that provides a home for an OurBike.
As a host, you help to:

Agree a nearby parking spot outdoors - the bike is locked up outside, visible and accessible 24/7.

Charge and swap the bike’s batteries as needed - You’ll get automated alerts when it’s time to swap so the bike stays ready to ride. You’re responsible for charging the spare battery, and during your usual opening hours, users can pop in for a quick battery swap. Don’t worry, we provide spare batteries and full training!

That’s it - we handle everything else: bookings, maintenance, insurance, operations, and user support.
